Accessibility Glossary

Quick definitions for common terms used across the platform.

VPAT
Voluntary Product Accessibility Template — a standardized form used to document how a product meets accessibility standards. The completed document is often called an ACR.
ACR
Accessibility Conformance Report — the finished report generated from a VPAT that summarizes how a product conforms to accessibility criteria.
SLA
Service Level Agreement — a commitment on response or resolution times for support or incidents.
CI/CD
Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery — automated processes that build, test, and deploy changes to keep software reliable and shippable.
WCAG
Web Content Accessibility Guidelines — international accessibility standards. Version 2.2 includes AA/AAA conformance levels.
